Keepsake Photo Productions (KPP) will make every effort to meet the customers’ requests for their project. KPP takes great care in all aspects of producing and delivering your project. For the purpose of creativity and continuous flow of the project, we reserve the right to make minor adjustments to the project. Therefore, KPP is granted full production and editorial rights over the project.

All photos furnished by the customer will be included in the project unless they are of very poor quality that cannot be fixed and/or are impossible to scan. Therefore, KPP reserves the right to eliminate any photo that is in poor quality and is unable to be scanned or corrected and will make a poor visual. The customer understands that some colors in photos can possibly be a different shade and this is beyond KPPs control.

The customer is responsible for numbering each photo to specify the order in which they want the photo to appear in the project. If photos are not numbered, KPP assumes the order of the photos does not matter and will put them in the order that seems most reasonable.

The customer is responsible for filling out the order form completely and legibly. Once the order form is submitted all selections are final. If there is a mistake in the project due to misinformation by the customer, it will be corrected for a fee. If it is the mistake of KPP, it will be corrected at no cost to the customer.

KPP is not responsible for lost, stolen, misdirected or damaged mail. If your project is delivered to you damaged, send it back to us and we will send you a replacement.

In the unlikely event that pictures are lost, damaged or stolen while in our possession, KPP will replace with film or CDs equal to that which was lost. There will be no monetary reward for replacement.

In the event that we have circumstances beyond our control or a total technological failure that prevents the project from being finished on time, KPP's liability will be limited to a full refund.

We will start working on orders as soon as full payment is received. Checks, money orders, cash are acceptable payments; credit/debit cards can be used for payment online through Paypal. In the case of insufficient funds, a $40.00 insufficient fund fee will be charged to the customer. Full payment must be made and cleared before project is shipped.

KPP will not share or sell any information about our customers to any outside party. With the exception of any material sent to us that breaks the laws of the United States of America (i.e. child pornography, meth making photos).

KPP will not accept ANY type of sexually explicit photographs of any kind. We will not accept any photos that show unlawful or violent activities.

No part of this Terms of Service Agreement can be changed or modified without acceptance and written consent by the owner of KPP.
