How to order scanning services
1. Gather your photos or other items you want scanned. Make sure they are in clean and dust free. Decisions to make as you gather your items:
Do you want to separate your items into different file folders?
What name do you want the file folders to be and which items do you want in each file folder?
Do you want a title for your project?
What photo do you want on the CD/DVD?
2. Assign each photo/item a number and with a pencil LIGHTLY mark the number on the back of the photo/item.
3. Fill out an order form. See the link below for the order form you need. Order forms are in pdf format, you will need Adobe Acrobat reader to open them. Either cut and paste into an email and fill out or print and send via snail mail along with your photos/items and payment.
4. Send your photos/items to us. Put your items to be scanned in a sturdy package that will not crush or bend and mail to us. For your protection, you may want to consider sending your photos/documents via registered mail with insurance.
5. To pay for services. You can send a check or money order through regular mail or you can use a credit/debit card online with Paypal (you do not have to have an account with them to use the service). At this time, we can only accept credit cards through Paypal.
If you live in the Little Rock metropolitan area (LR, NLR, Bryant, Benton, etc) and do not want to mail your photos, if you wish, we can meet with you to pick up your order form and photos. We do not come to homes, but we will arrange a comfortable public meeting place or we can pick up at your public place of business.
